How do I get into the hotel?
Create an account or log in with your hotel username and password. Choose Play Boxy Retro from your dashboard.
Who can join?
Guests must be 13 or older to register. Your email address should be one you can access, and your password and secret word should be kept private.
Do I need a separate website account?
No. The website and hotel use the same account.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Choose Forgot your password on the login page. Email recovery is being connected; if it is unavailable, ask the hotel team for help. Older accounts with a placeholder email also need staff assistance.
The hotel isn’t loading. What can I try?
Return to your dashboard and choose Play again. If the issue continues, note what happened and any error message so the hotel team can investigate.
Can I buy supporter perks?
Purchases are not open yet. Prices and benefits will be published in the shop before launch.
